a few slip ups :(

this week is not going so well so far, well its really not THAT bad, but i’ve done fairly well the past few weeks and now i feel like crap because i have slipped and ate a few sweets here and there.  i haven’t got to do any of my exercises so far this week because of different things going on around the house….back to school time for the boys and dentist appts, etc…..but tomorrow everything will get back on track and i will feel better. its not like i haven’t got ANY exercise in, we did do alot of stuff around the house including rearranging the living room and stuff like that. anyway….this week i will try my best to double up on h20 and exercise and no more sweets the rest of the week!!!!  i hate the guilt that comes along with it.

    life happens… sweets get ate… family needs - need to be seen too… it all happens… but end of day that all gets done… I in these times feel crap about myself asto why didnt some of the wieght get done - shifted -off! Why because i let it go.. What I am saying to you is on these days - days when real life takes over - do something to combat it - go for 20 min brisk walk, do some streches , finish with 10 mins on jump/skipping rope. Keep on it - and the results will come. ( I am telling this too myself every day, every snack, meal I eat).. Good luck.x
